TREATMENT APPROACH

I specialize in maternal mental health issues, stress management, generalized anxiety, adjustment disorder,  self-esteem, racial identity, Bi/Multicultural Partnerships/Unions, first generation issues, grief and loss & other life transitions.

I practice from a social justice perspective and use a multifaceted, holistic approach to treatment. Within a session, we may include traditional psychotherapy with a humanistic approach, inner child healing work, mindfulness practices, as well as somatic techniques to strengthen the mind + body + spirit connection.
